Seafood Burgers (frozen)

Ingredients: Alaskan Salmon, Fjord Trout, Char, eggs, red pepper, red onion, capers, Old Bay, Panko.

Cooking instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 140°. Or remove from packaging and thaw. Cook 3 to 4  minutes per side.
