Atlantic Fish Cakes (frozen)

Ingredients: Cod, flounder, potato, onion, egg, panko, lemon, herbs, and spices.

Cooking instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 140°. Or remove from packaging and thaw. Cook 3 to 4  minutes per side.
