Roman Style Artichokes

One of the most iconic vegetable recipes from Italy, Carciofi alla Romana is simple in concept yet results in incredibly tender, flavorful artichoke hearts. They are marinated in white wine and preserved in oil. When you bite into the soft artichoke hearts you'll experience their delicate aroma and light flavor. Fry them and enjoy them in their marinade, chop them up to dress a pasta dish, or add them to a favorite salad. 

Ingredients: Artichokes, sunflower oil, spices, water, wine vinegar, salt, acidity corrector: citric acid. Antioxidant: L-Ascorbic acid.
