Walleye Burgers

Ingredients: Walleye, potato, onion, egg, panko, lemon, herbs, and spices.

Cooking instructions: Cook from frozen over medium high heat for 7-8 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 142°. If defrosting, remove from packaging before defrosting.
